7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with NaukriNear Premium within 7 days of your first purchase, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly Premium plans can be cancelled at any time. Refunds for partial months are not provided, but you retain access until the end of your billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days if you haven't used Premium-exclusive features extensively. After 30 days, refunds are issued at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@naukrinear.com with your account email, purchase date, and reason for the refund. We process approved refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
One-time career consultation sessions and promotional discounted plans marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase are not eligible for refunds.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
